Legal Notice
Last updated: 11 July 2026. Document under review by Spanish legal counsel.
1. Site owner
In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), this site is operated by PAIQ RAAS, S.L., tax ID (NIF) B27677392, registered office at C/ Poeta Francisco Coronado y Delicado nº 6, 3A, 29011 Málaga, recorded at Registro Mercantil de Málaga · Hoja 198105 / Entrada 1/2026/10976 / Asiento 1/2026/8153 / Código INEC29023. 2. Purpose
This notice governs the use of the PAIQ Access website and service (the "Service"). Accessing and using the Service implies full acceptance of this notice, the Privacy Policy and, for purchases, the Terms of Sale.
3. The Service
PAIQ Access is an online tool for automated digital accessibility auditing. It offers a free diagnosis and paid full reports, as described in the Terms of Sale.
4. Intellectual property
The Service's content, brand, design and software belong to the owner or its licensors. The axe-core audit engine is third-party software (Deque Systems) used under the Mozilla Public License 2.0. Reproducing the Service without authorisation is prohibited; purchased reports may be used and handed to third parties by the buyer.
5. Liability
Reports are generated by automated auditing and do not constitute legal advice. Automated tools typically detect 30 to 50% of accessibility barriers; a high score does not certify full legal compliance. Decisions taken on the basis of the reports are the user's responsibility. The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
6. Permitted use
The user undertakes to scan only websites they own or are authorised to scan, and not to use the Service abusively (uncontracted automated volume, attempts to bypass the report access control, or any unlawful use).
7. Third-party links
The Service may contain links to third-party sites (for example, W3C and Deque technical documentation). The owner is not responsible for the content of those sites.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Málaga, Spain, except where the user is a consumer, in which case the courts of the consumer's domicile apply.
