Not just a diagnosis. We show you how to fix it!
Every failure in the report comes with a correction suggestion ready to adapt: example HTML, labels, and contrast mathematically recalculated to meet the standard. Free scanners point at the problem; we show you how to fix it.
Enforcement
Courts and authorities are already acting
The European Accessibility Act applies to specific products and services expressly covered, including e-commerce, when offered to consumers in the European Union. It has been enforceable since 28 June 2025 and in 2026 courts and supervisory authorities began to act:
-
France, June 2026
In a case brought by civil-society associations, a court ordered Carrefour to make its e-commerce site and app fully accessible within 6 months, under a daily penalty.
-
Sweden, 2026
The supervisory authority published the list of 200 e-commerce platforms it will audit by the third quarter of 2026.
-
Netherlands, 2026
The authority sent formal information requests to e-commerce operators, with active enforcement expected in the second half of 2026.
In fairness: microenterprises (fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover up to 2 million euros) are exempt from the EAA service rules. If that is your case, the report says so clearly. Details in the FAQ below.

What you get
What only this report delivers
- Regulatory references across 5 jurisdictions
- The report presents technical and regulatory references that may be relevant depending on the organisation's country, sector, size and activity. It does not automatically determine which legislation applies to each finding.
- 3 languages, ready to deliver
- Report exportable as HTML in English, Portuguese or Spanish, ready to attach to your proposal or hand to your client.
- Honest by design
- Automated tools cover only part of the criteria and must be complemented with manual evaluation, and the report says so. In the current automated check, this page scores 100/100 on the scorable rules executed. This result does not represent full conformance.

Frequently asked questions
Is my company required to comply with the EAA?
If your company sells online to consumers in the EU and has 10 or more employees, or turns over more than 2 million euros a year, yes. Microenterprises below both thresholds are exempt from the EAA service rules, and we say so clearly. Note: other laws may still apply, such as Ley 11/2023 in Spain, the Equality Act in the UK and the LBI in Brazil, each with its own scope.
Does the scan find every failure?
No, and distrust anyone who promises that. Automated tools cover only part of the criteria and must be complemented with manual evaluation, the standard across the whole category. The report recommends the complementary manual tests (keyboard, screen reader, zoom) and works as technical triage and a starting point, not as certification.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a technical audit. The report presents technical and regulatory references that may be relevant depending on the organisation's country, sector, size and activity, without automatically determining which legislation applies to each finding. For legal decisions, consult a lawyer.
How do I get the report after paying?
Automatically. After payment, an unlock code arrives in your email within seconds. Paste the code in the indicated field, run the scan and download the full HTML report.
I run an agency. Can I resell the report to my clients?
Yes, the Agency plan exists for that: 300 scans per month (code valid for 31 days), reports exportable in the 3 languages and commercial use allowed. Agencies typically charge 300€ to 800€ per delivered audit.
Which laws does the report cover?
The EAA (European Union), Royal Decree 1112/2018 and Ley 11/2023 (Spain), the Equality Act 2010 (United Kingdom), the LBI and CDC (Brazil) and the ADA (United States), always with WCAG 2.2 as the technical reference.
